Jim Brady to leave WaPo.com; the go to guy gets going

|
Just read that the Washington Post's executive editor, Jim Brady, is going to leave in early 2009 ater 4 years helming the Post web organization. Jim is good people; when I worked at AOL b back in the early 00s, Jim was one f the indispensable go-to people, both to get things done and to escape from the dysfunctionbots of the place. Adept at running production, at AOL, Jim was someone people trusted and a leader who led by example (sleeping in the newsroom during 9/11 comes ot mind). His WaPo tenure built a dedicated team that set all sorts of milestones.

Good luck with what is next, dude...it's never a quiet ride.
