Jeff Weiner steps in at LinkedIn; Reid Hoffman back

| | Comments (0)
Tech Crunch is reporting that LinkedIn's response to the current economic climate is to bring founder Reid Hoffman back as CEO, with former Yahoo exec Jeff Weiner as Interim President. overseeing all business & operations. Given both Weiner's involvement with LinkedIn through his work as an entrepreneur in residence at Accel Partners and Greylock Partners and his strong operational skills, it's going to be interesting to see how this evolves--and what they're shooting for.

Susan sez: Will this bring Brad Garlinghouse or some of the other departed senior Yahoo! execs to LinkedIn? Probably not, but you never know.
